Artist Statement

Drawing from my background in movement and performance, I use elements from geometric abstraction and calligraphy to create compositions that convey a sense of motion and possibility. In my works, suggestions of recognizable forms emerge and dissipate, creating a space where viewers can become active participants in the unfolding narrative. It is my intention to invite humor, introspection, tenderness and a sense of discovery with each work, creating a visual stage where the drama of human experience unfolds through line and color, revealing moments of both vulnerability and strength, intimacy and expansiveness.
